Runaway Devil was a very suspenseful and chilling book. This book Runaway Devil was written by Sherri Zickefoose and Robert Remington. This book got to me because I could never think of harming my family like that in any way shape or form, let alone date a 23 year old man! That makes me sick! All her parents were trying to do was keep her safe and keep her out of trouble. I found this book to be a very intriguing book and a one you cannot put down. It starts off as a happy suburban family in the city of Medicine Hat then turns into a gruesome, horrific and heart wrenching story of 12 year old Jasmine Richardson whose forbidden love with 23 year Jeremy Steinke drove her to murder her family consisting of her parents Debra and Mark, and her 8 year old brother Jacob. This book was one of the most shocking and best books I’ve read in years and I read it over a million times. No matter how many times you read this book, it’s always going to get you.
