Invisible Armies-Book Review
I am doing my book report on a book called Invisible Armies by Jon Evans. Jon Evans is a fantastic Canadian author that grew up in Waterloo, Ontario. I really liked this book for a number of reasons, it had thrill after thrill after thrill. This book took me from India to England and even the Pacific Ocean! You would think something would happen, and then the exact opposite would happen; it was incredible! This book was based on a woman named Daniele Leaf, who is living in India and is asked to perform a very simple task for a friend, but of course it doesn’t go as planned and she is thrown into a dark, concrete cell in the middle of nowhere. But the “police” that locked her up weren’t exactly “legit” so to speak. She goes on an incredible journey with a close knit group of friends fighting for so called “humanitarian reasons.” But this group is special; they don’t exactly go by the book. But while going along for this journey of fighting for the betterment of the world they uncover something that was never imagined to be possible. This book also has details of hacking into major systems, but it’s not like it is confusing. They go through it and explain every detail and it’s almost like you are sitting in the room with them! But the one person you would think was in it for absolutely all the right reasons, and 100% committed turns out to be a big cause of all of the mess they got into in the first place. This book was great and I highly recommend it.
